When I first started out, I wasn’t the guy you see in those glossy fitness magazines today.
I was what they call "skinny-fat"—thin but soft, with no real muscle to speak of.
I was grinding away at my career, thinking that working long hours and sacrificing sleep was the only way to get ahead.
My body, though? It had other plans.
I remember the day it hit me. I was looking in the mirror, and I realized that I wasn’t just tired—I looked tired.
My clothes didn’t fit right, and my energy was shot. I knew I had to make a change, but nothing was getting me the results I wanted.
I loved going to the gym, but despite all my efforts, I still wasn’t seeing results. The diets were confusing, and the whole process started to feel overwhelming.
But I decided to dive in anyway, because if I could crush it in my career, why not in the gym too?
